Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of wrong product, defective product, or damaged product received by the customer.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs/video of the received product and packaging.
Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
Customised/personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the product is defective or incorrect due to an error from TRUSTEEZ.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another applicable method.
